What level of support is included?
Our hosted versions include our standard support for as long as you continue to use our hosted platform, there are no additional support costs.
The download version includes 6 months support in the purchase price, additional support is available on a 6 month basis for 15% of the license cost.
Support is available over email, premium telephone support is available at additional cost. Please contact us for more information.
Do you offer a money back guaruntee?
Yes, we include a 30 day refund guaruntee. If you are not satisfied and do not wish to use IntraNow Project we offer a full money back guaruntee.
